Clinical Psychologist

Amy is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who works with children, youth, and adults with mental health concerns.

Amy has worked across mental health services in hospital, community mental health, private practice, and community not-for-profit settings.

Amy has training and experience in a wide range of evidence-based treatment approaches, which primarily include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychoeducation, and Attachment and Interpersonal therapy approaches.

Amy works with a wide range of issues that typically include: worry and anxiety disorders, stress, sleep issues and insomnia, depression, grief, self-harm, trauma, eating disorders, anger management, fertility and perinatal stress, parenting and family concerns and conflict, domestic violence, concerns around identity and future goals, and childhood behavioural issues.
