Jemma is a psychologist with provisional registration who has had experience working with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health concerns, stress management issues, the experience of suicidal ideation and suicidality, adjustment disorders and life transition difficulties, self-esteem issues, and emotional regulation difficulties.
Jemma works hard to create a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space for clients to share their story. Jemma utilises a collaborative and person-centered approach to the delivery of psychological interventions, guided by cognitive, cognitive behavioural, acceptance and commitment therapies. Jemma has experience working across the lifespan, from adolescents to older adults.
