Perinatal Mental Health Program Coordinator | Social Worker
Zoe is a social worker and the Coordinator of the Perinatal Mental Health Program.
Zoe provides counselling to individuals and also facilitates the mothers support group which promotes perinatal wellness.
Zoe has extensive experience in hospital and community mental health settings, and has an interest in working across a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD)
Zoe adopts a person centered, strengths-based and empathic approach in her work with all clients. She is skilled in utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and goal-focused intervention techniques. Zoe is also well versed in Attachment Focused Therapy to assist new mums in building strong and secure relationships with their children.
